Details

Day 1: Pick- up from Goa Airport


Your driver will pick you up an Goa Airport and bring you to your hotel. Check-in and relax. 


Day 2: Drive to Badami via Pattadakala (250 km, 5 hours)


Today you will drive to Badami, and on the way through a beautiful landscape with red sandstone hills, pools of natural rocks and wide fields, your driver will stop at Pattadakala to visit the famous temples. Pattadakala was the scene of the elaborate coronation ceremonies of the Chaulikya rulers. With the construction of the imposing temples these kings tried to demonstrate their power.

After the visit your driver will bring you to your hotel, where you can refresh. In the afternoon you will visit Badami. The impressive cave temples here were dedicated to various religions, Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. There are fascinating stone carvings, statues of gods, colonnades and depictions of Indian mythology. You will also see Bodnath temple. After the visit your driver will bring you back to your hotel.


Day 3: Drive to Hampi (150 km, 3 hours)


After breakfast you drive to Hampi and check in your hotel. After refresh in the hotel you can visit Vittala Temple with its impressive stone carvings and sculptures, richly decorated musical pillars and a stone chariot, one of the highlights to see in Hampi. Walk in the market. 


Day 4: Sightseeing Hampi


Rocks, temples and ruins are located in Hampi, in the southwest of India, embedded in rice fields. They tell of a lost Hindu empire.

One of the main attractions is the holiest of all temples, the Virupaksha Temple, which stands in the middle of the village. This Temple is still an important Hindu pilgrim destination and its 56 meter high temple tower can be seen from afar. Attractions include elephant stables, monolith statues, the Bath of the Queens, the Lotus Palace and many other temples. Hampi impresses not only with its ruins of the royal city, but also by the impressive landscape, the huge rock formations, the leisurely river and the lush green rice fields and palm groves.

Visit also the great statue of Narasimha and the Hazara Rama Temple. Also worth seeing is the dilapidated stone bridge on the Tungabhadra River, which once spanned the river.

Come back to your hotel in the evening.


Day 5: Drive to Goa (345 km, 7 hours)


It is time to relax. Goa fulfills all the criteria for a tropical paradise . You can choose between quiet beach or party beach. Options in North Goa are Arambol, Mandrem, Morjim, Vagator, Anjuna , Baga, Calangute, Candolim or Aguada Beach. In South Goa options are Colva, Benaulim, Agonda, Butterfly, Cola, Paolem or Patnem Beach. 


Day 6: Relax on the beach


Relax on the beach.


Day 7: Drop at the Airport


If you don’t chose to stay longer at the beach, your driver will drop you at the Airport.
