2 Days Tour Itinerary of Agra 

Day 1: Arrival in Agra & Sightseeing

Morning: Arrival & Taj Mahal Visit

For better and efficient traveling to Agra, start your trip in the morning. One can either self-drive, it takes about four hours on the Delhi to Agra highway which is approximately 225-230 km or else take one of the many organized transport options like the Gatimaan Express or Shatabdi for a comfortable and quick journey.

Your first visit will be to the world’s largest monument of love and which is also one of the Seven World Wonders, the Taj Mahal. This is an admirable funeral tower of white marble commissioned by the Emperor Shah Jahan to commemorate his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. To fully appreciate its beauty, spend some time at its relieving carvings, properly aligned gardens, and quietness. Afternoon: Agra Fort

A move to the Agra Fort will offer a site of UNESCO and an architectural beauty after a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. This magnificent building was constructed by Akbar in 1565 ad and consist of monumental halls and palaces such as Diwan Ice Aam, Diwan Ice Khas and Jahangir Palace. Evening: Local Market & Mehtab Bagh

Evening: Departure
